Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Worn or used products
- Washed garments
- Customized or altered products
- Products returned without original tags
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team.
- Provide your order number and product images.
- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Subject to stock availability, customers may request a size exchange for eligible products.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
